📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Tutor in planning, organizing, and conducting educational activities and training programs.,Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance student learning.,Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.,Collaborate with faculty members and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience for students.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of educational policies and programs.,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Health Sciences, or related discipline).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring in a similar capacity.,Strong knowledge of the subject matter and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and colleagues.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using educational software and tools to enhance the learning experience.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,Valid teaching or tutoring certification preferred but not mandatory.
