📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.,Provide technical support to employees, including software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Install and configure new software and systems.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and protocols.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with IT security best practices.
