📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement branch-specific sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and grow market share.,Manage and mentor a team of sales and customer service representatives, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with other branches and departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all locations.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects, contributing to the overall success and growth of Bloom Hub Indonesia.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the branch.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service in a retail or similar environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing and social media.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
