📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects
  • Working closely with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Developing and implementing project plans and schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and codes
  • Conducting site inspections and quality control checks
  • Managing and mentoring junior engineers and staff
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients and stakeholders
  • Continuously improving processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Valid professional engineer license (optional but preferred)
  • Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan
