Sentral Nanda Bakery is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of our bakery in Tebet, Jakarta Raya. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the store from a distance while ensuring smooth operations. We are seeking a professional who is passionate about baking and has a strong background in management and leadership.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of quality and service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the corporate office to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of baking processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote management tools and software.,Passion for baking and commitment to delivering high-quality products.
