📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement grant management strategies to secure funding for development projects.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment between project goals and grant requirements.,Prepare and submit grant proposals to various funding agencies and donors.,Monitor and report on grant progress, financials, and outcomes.,Build and maintain relationships with funding agencies, donors, and stakeholders.,Provide guidance and support to junior grant managers and staff.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in grant management and fundraising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant management and fundraising.,Proven track record of securing significant funding for development projects.,Strong understanding of grant writing, proposal development, and financial management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with development sector standards, guidelines, and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
