📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing port operations.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and port policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on port activities and performance.,Handle communication with vessels and other stakeholders.,Participate in safety drills and emergency response planning.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff.,Maintain accurate records of port activities and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime operations.,Bachelor's degree in Marine Transportation, Nautical Science, or a related field.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with port management software and systems.,Valid STCW certification is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
