📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing training and development programs for employees.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving attitude.
