📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent recurrence and improve safety measures.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of operations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement measures to minimize environmental impact.
• Foster a strong safety culture within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the oil and gas or industrial sector.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international HSE regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.
• Proven track record of achieving HSE targets and improving safety performance.
• Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant software.
