Express New Cemerlang is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Kuta. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with online operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a strong understanding of customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Oversee the performance of store staff, providing training and support as needed.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Manage the store's online presence, including website updates and social media engagement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage supplier relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Experience with e-commerce and online retail is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel to other Express New Cemerlang locations as needed.
