📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring their dining needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
• Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, utensils, and glassware.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, and process payments accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest concerns and complaints promptly.
• Promote our resort's sustainable practices and eco-friendly initiatives to guests.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
