Salon Dewi Computer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, inspected, and operated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to schedule maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Oversee the fuel management process, including ordering, delivery, and monitoring fuel usage.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members on vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.,Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, fuel usage, and maintenance costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
