In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our technical infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical maintenance and a proven track record of leadership and team management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of technical infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other IT equipment.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular inspections and assessments of technical systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of technical systems.,Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the continued effectiveness of maintenance practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical maintenance, with a focus on IT infrastructure.,Proven leadership and team management experience, with a track record of success in mentoring and developing team members.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant technical certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA, is a plus.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools is a plus.
