📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the reception and check-in process for patients.,Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.,Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient records.,Provide information about dental services and procedures to patients.,Assist in the preparation of patient materials and treatment plans.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally.,Support the dental team in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients.,Assist in the organization and distribution of clinic materials and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic dental terminology and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Friendly and patient attitude towards patients and colleagues.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.
