📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to facilitate the recruitment process.Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve the recruitment process.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.Lowongan Terkait
