📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff.
  • Control inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets financial targets and objectives.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and staff.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
