📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the assigned section, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Leading and motivating a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.,Managing budgets and resources allocated to the section, ensuring financial efficiency.,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Participating in staff training and development programs.,Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Representing the section in meetings and committees as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, Healthcare Administration).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using healthcare management software and tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
