📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting detailed and accurate valuations of mineral assets using industry-standard methodologies and tools.,Analyzing market trends, economic factors, and geopolitical risks to assess the value of mineral assets.,Preparing comprehensive valuation reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between valuation outcomes and business objectives.,Providing strategic advice on mineral asset acquisition, divestment, and optimization strategies.,Staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in mineral valuation.,Mentoring and guiding junior staff in valuation techniques and methodologies.,Participating in due diligence processes for mineral asset transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in mineral asset valuation, with a strong background in financial modeling and analysis.,Professional certification in mineral valuation (e.g., CMA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus.,In-depth knowledge of mineral valuation methodologies and industry standards.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Experience with valuation software and tools is a plus.
