📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Supervise and manage construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Prepare and submit progress reports and site inspection reports to the project manager.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site.,Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on the construction site.,Maintain good communication with all stakeholders involved in the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with construction software and tools is a plus.
