📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain positive employee relations within the organization.,Handle general administrative tasks related to employee matters.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to address employee concerns and grievances.,Organize and facilitate team-building activities and events.,Maintain accurate records of employee data and performance.,Support the HR department in recruitment and onboarding processes.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to employee relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations or General Affairs.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
