With your expertise in construction HR, you'll contribute to the development of policies and procedures that align with our company's values and industry best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the company.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, in consultation with management, to maintain compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, working to resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Coordinate training and development programs, helping employees acquire the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our workforce.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, applying this knowledge to support the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that HR initiatives align with the overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as well as Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or ADP Workforce Now.
• Certification in HR-related fields, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
