📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with medical and dental professionals to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Source and attract top-tier talent for our medical and dental practices using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal compliance in recruitment.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR team to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, with a focus on medical and dental professionals.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier talent in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the medical and dental professions, including relevant certifications or licenses.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software and recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Zoom.
