📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, ramen, and other traditional favorites.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
• Maintain clean and organized kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Follow food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in a Japanese or Asian cuisine restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including sushi making tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
