📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations of the tin processing and smelting plant, ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Implement process improvements and new technologies to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards, conducting regular audits and inspections.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, scheduling preventive maintenance and addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations and support overall business goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees, promoting continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement safety programs, training employees on best practices and emergency procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in plant management, preferably in the tin processing and smelting industry.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) or a related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing teams and implementing process improvements.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software such as SAP, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
