📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking and recording food and beverage orders accurately.
• Delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and efficiently.
• Assisting with table service, including clearing and setting tables.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
• Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Following health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or F&B role, preferably as a Waiter/Waitress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
